RE: BladeNET
Communications Inc.
To
Whom It May Concern:
I
am president of the Minor Hockey Alliance of Ontario, one
the Member Partners of the Ontario Hockey Federation. We
were invited to participate in a Pilot project being conducted
by BladeNET Communications Inc. on behalf of the Canadian
Hockey Association last autumn. While timing did not allow
us to fully utilize BladeNET's on-line registration system,
we did fully utilize the on-line scores, standings and scheduling
system that BladeNET made available to our competitive (non-House
League) divisions as an adjunct to the Pilot.
Our
General Manager, Jason Bonnyman, had virtually day-to-day
contact with BladeNET and he can give the best account
of the functionality and service levels provided by the
BladeNET. I
can say on my own behalf that it was reassuring to be able
to put such an important part of our services in the hands
of people who are experts in both hockey administration
and technology and upon whose integrity, dedication and
reputations we could rely without the slightest hesitation.
I
can also attest to the satisfaction levels of our 21 centres
and the extent to which BladeNET helped us improve the
services that we provide to our member organizations. The
introduction of BladeNET's on-line scores, standings and
scheduling system was probably the highlight of our year.
Our
Executives and our members would dearly love to utilize
the balance of BladeNET products and we give them and their
service our unqualified support.
Yours
very truly,
Jim
