| Michael Penmen | Chairman |
Michael Penman is a partner at Blaney McMurtry
LLP and has practiced law for over 25 years. He is one of
the most experienced amateur sports lawyers in Canada. He
is counsel to the Greater Toronto Hockey League and has been
retained by various sports organizations, including the Canadian
Hockey Association and Swedish Ice Hockey Federation. Michael
is a member of seven Boards of Directors, including those
of the Greater Toronto Hockey League, the Ontario Hockey
Federation, Nintendo of Canada Ltd., and Ferring (Pharmaceuticals)
Inc.
Michael is also an experienced hockey coach and manager
and holds an NCCP Intermediate level coaching certificate.
He
has been a delegate to eight CHA Annual General Meetings
and was invited by the CHA to participate in the Open
Ice Summit that was held in Toronto in August 1999
to analyze
the state of hockey in Canada.

Bob Fletcher has held a 38-year career
with a leading first tier logistics and e commerce company
in multiple functional areas including operations, client
services, marketing, information technology, and electronic
commerce. Bob Fletcher is a vision-orientated individual
with a proven track record of understanding client requirements
and designing solutions that result in unique competitive
advantages.
He is a highly sought-after speaker on e-commerce
in the North American conference circuit, has authored
numerous articles on key logistics and electronic commerce
issues
and is considered an industry expert in these fields.
He is a co-founder of ProCure.com Inc. which was sold to
Cyberplex,
a leading Internet software development company in March
2000. At ProCure.com, he was responsible for the vision
and creation of the Dell Corporation “track and trace” solution,
Canada Post On-Line Stamp ordering solution and RCMP- approved
on-line procurement of controlled substances on the Internet,
among others.
The solution developed for the RCMP to enable secure
procurement of controlled substances on the Internet
was ranked one
of the top three "Business Critical e Commerce" solutions
in North America by Intelligent Enterprise Magazine. He
is the 1997 winner of the Canadian Sports Administrator
of the
Year Award for development and donation of an automated
registration and administration system for minor sports.
In 1995, Bob was the recipient of the EDI Corporation
of the Year from the Electronic Commerce Council of
Canada. He is a member of numerous industry standards
committees
including ebXML United Nations Electronic Business
Group, American National Standards Institute (Vice-Chair),
Uniform
Code Council (Co-Chair), Electronic Commerce Council
of Canada
(Co-Chair) and the Standards Council of Canada, to
name but a few. Membership in these standards committees
gives
the
company a tremendous competitive advantage in gaining
insight and influence in regulating e commerce industry
standards.

James Smith has twenty years of progressive
experience in operations and technology encompassing systems
development, CRM strategy, database management, e-business,
network, telecommunications, and project management. James’ is
an IT professional with an extensive knowledge of business
systems acquired from working in many sectors including,
Financial, Retail, B2B and Marketing sectors.
James is currently the Vice Present Operations & Technology at Kidsfutures Inc, a new and innovative consumer
loyalty program. James is responsible for Information Technolology
and Production Services. James' interests include hockey,
golf, and community sports such as hockey, soccer and baseball.

Tim White is the President of MitMedia
Corp., a provider of corporate communication solutions.
Tim has over 15 years experience in the communications
industry
ranging from newspaper copy editor to technical writer
and web designer. Combined with his strong design and copywriting
skills, Tim’s ability to integrate corporate communication
strategies with new technology has resulted in powerful
solutions for his clients.
During his career, Tim has created
board presentations, provided speechwriting, written user
documentation
for software applications,
and created online help programs. Most recently, he has
helped develop corporate intranets, online training,
and online
newsletters. His clients have included Nortel, Sprint,
BCE Emergis, and IBM.

Art Smith currently serves as President,
CEO and founder of the Electronic Commerce Council of Canada.
He participates on the Boards and Steering Committees of
several Canadian and American Industry E-Commerce Initiatives
for grocery, ECR (Efficient Consumer Response), health care
(EHCR), general merchandise (VICS), food service (EFR), and
pharmacy (ECRx). He also represents Canada at the Board of
Uniform Code Council and General Assembly of EAN International.
Art has enjoyed several careers including:

for Conference Board of Canada.
Over his career, Art has been involved with leading
edge of technology, inventing and implementing
CLUB Z, launching
Telaction, an Interactive Home Shopping Service
and launching Catalina Electronic Marketing services.

| Kevin Dean | Chief
Technology Officer |
Kevin Dean was the Chief Technical Architect
at ProCure.com Inc. (“ProCure”). He
was responsible for the overall design of ProCure’s
suite of products for the e-commerce ASP market. His responsibilities
included database design, business object architecture, technical
implementation design, documentation, and deployment design.
In addition to the design role, Kevin was also responsible
for training ProCure’s programmers in object-oriented
programming in Java and distributed object programming
with CORBA.
Partly as a result of the technology developed by Kevin
and his group, ProCure.com Inc. was sold to Cyberplex,
a leading
Internet software development company, in March 2000.
He was also a Route Accounting Software Developer at
Hostess
Frito-Lay (“HFL”) where he designed and developed
a replacement for Hostess Frito-Lay’s handheld-based
Route Accounting software as part of HFL’s Y2K remediation
effort. The application of the software resulted in significant
costs savings to HFL in its IT operations and inventory management
systems. He has authored several articles on programming
techniques and operating system constructs. Mr. Dean obtained
a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics (Computer Option)
from Queen’s University in 1990.
